Initial Appointments

  • First family member: $165 (standard rate)

  • Each additional family member: $145

Follow-Ups & Acute Appointments

  • Standard Follow-up/Acute: $85

  • Family rate Follow-ups/Acute: $75 per visit

*Family Subscriptions are also available.

Eligibility

  • Family members must live in the same household OR

  • One family member is financially responsible for another’s care

  • Family pricing applies only while care is active for at least three family members

  • Family rates are non-transferable

  • Family pricing does not apply to extended, emergency, or specialty consultations (like 15 min quick consults)

Subscription Plans

Individuals

  • Simple Homeopathic Insurance Plan $125/mo – for simple cases, this includes follow ups, any acutes that come up, texting in between appointments, priority scheduling
  • Complex Homeopathic Insurance Plan $300/mo – for complex cases, such as cancer, surgery, complicated illness, critical care situations, elderly care. It includes follow ups, any acutes that come up, texting in between appointments, priority scheduling

Families

After we take initial cases (see family plan above), consider going on a subscription that includes follow ups, any acutes that come up, texting in between appointments, priority scheduling

  • Homeopathic Insurance Family of Four $230/mo 
  • Homeopathic Insurance Family of Five $300/mo
  • Homeopathic Insurance Family of Six $350/mo

Subscriptions must be set up as recurring payments with Debit/credit card. They can be cancelled at anytime. Refunds are not offered. Contact me to set up!
