Sneezing when you are in the sunshine isn’t as uncommon as you might think! It’s weird and annoying, and can make people falsely assume they are allergic to the sun, when in homeopathy, we simply look at it as a symptom WITHOUT the analysis of WHY.
If you experienced this symptom (consistently) and I took your case, I would look at EVERYTHING ELSE going on for you – your emotional state, your mental faculties, your digestive symptoms, sleep, health history, etc, etc… I’d ask you what happens when you sneeze? how do you feel before and after? Do you have any other objective signs of allergy or inflammation? Also, have you had any shocks, traumas, disappointments, deaths of friends/family, accidents or injuries? And when did it start? What was going on during the onset of symptoms? or has it been that way your whole life?
This is all to explain that, a Homeopath needs a LOT of information to discern which Homeopathic medicine is best for YOU! Coming back to our example of sneezing from the sun? There are at least 21 remedies that have this symptom!! So it’s not good enough that you tell me “I sneeze when I’m in the sun!”
There’s no one size fits all in Homeopathy. While it may seem overwhelming, it’s beauty lies in it’s total individualization. It’s custom tailored to YOUR experience!

(that is to say I don’t discourage people from trying to self prescribe or even use homeopathic combination remedies, but the real true resolution of symptoms and improved quality of life usually comes when you work with a professional!
